Who we are...

We are familieswho have lived in America's diverse, troubled, and reviving urban centers. Some of us have chosen to leave. Others have stayed. We are families who love the city.

We reject indiscriminate negativity toward city schools, while recognizing their shortcomings.
Every family  and every child is unique and there is no one right choice or path in education.

We are city positive. Negativity doesn't prove you are not naive. If things were simple, they would be. There are no easy answers but multiple solutions.

We are reverent, recognizing the unique faiths and worldviews that are brought together in America's cities.

We are pragmatists, willing to work across any political or social divide to improve quality of life.
